Target Audience
This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of the interprofessional team, including hematology, vascular medicine, vascular surgery, pulmonology/critical care, neurology, gastroenterology, trauma, hospital medicine, emergency medicine, cardiology, and internal medicine, as well as other clinicians involved in the management of patients on anticoagulation with life-threatening bleeding.
